President & Principal

David Paquette is a management consultant, executive coach and leadership trainer who has over 27 years experience working with CEOs, Executive Directors, Senior Managers and Boards of Directors to advance their leadership capacity and achieve organizational success. He is passionate about leading change and loves working with leaders to transform and achieve their big goals.

He has an extensive background in organizational management and administration and worked in a variety of executive-level positions prior to establishing his consulting practice. In terms of formal academic credentials, David holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Administration, is a certified Executive Coach and he is also an experienced and trained facilitator. 

David has considerable knowledge and experience in leading change & assisting executives and corporations in determining and achieving their strategic objectives. He is a credible agent of change who can strategically position organizations to capitalize on opportunities and successfully implement change solutions.
